ArtBot Creations Studio sells digital products, including PDF guides, printable kits, browser-based templates, welcome books, checklists, onboarding how-tos, and other downloadable resources.
Digital product refunds
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final once access has been delivered.
When we can help
Please contact us if:
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- You did not receive your download or access instructions
- A download link, browser-based link, or file is not working
- The product file is corrupted or incomplete
- The product description did not match what you received
Resolution options
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- A corrected download or access link
- Help opening or using the file
- A replacement file
- Store credit
- A refund, when appropriate
Refund request window
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you need help with an order. Include your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are usually not available when:
- The product has already been downloaded or accessed and there is no technical issue
- The customer changed their mind after receiving access
- The customer does not have access to required third-party tools clearly mentioned on the product page, such as a PDF reader
- The product was edited, shared, copied, or used after purchase
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact us and we will review the order.
