Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

ArtBot Creations Studio now focuses on digital products, including PDF guides, printable kits, browser-based templates, welcome books, checklists, onboarding how-tos, and downloadable resources.
Digital delivery
Most products are delivered digitally. After purchase, you may receive access through one or more of the following:
- A download link on the order confirmation page
- An email with download or access instructions
- A PDF file, template link, browser-based access link, or other digital resource
No physical shipping
Digital products do not require physical shipping and no shipping carrier will be used unless a product page clearly says that a physical item is included. If a future product includes a physical item, that product page will include any applicable shipping details.
Delivery timing
Digital access is usually available shortly after checkout. In some cases, email delivery or access links may take a few minutes to arrive. Please check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders if you do not see the email.
Email accuracy
Please enter your email address carefully at checkout. ArtBot Creations Studio is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address. If you entered the wrong email, contact support@artbotcreations.com with your order number and the correct email address.
Download or access issues
If a link does not work, a file will not open, or you did not receive your access instructions, email support@artbotcreations.com. Include your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue so we can help.
International access
Digital products are generally available internationally, but customers are responsible for making sure they can access tools or platforms used by the product, such, PDF readers, or other third-party services.
